When you have placed your order we send a confirmation e-mail to inform you we have received an order and will process it shortly.

What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?
Duellist International Limited accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Visa Electron and Solo.
When is my order charged to my credit card?
We will normally process your order on the day it is received, with your card being charged at the time of its dispatch.
How do I get my receipt?
Your receipt will be included with the goods when the transaction is completed.

Delivery
Who delivers my product?
Our deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail for parcels under 2kg, and UPS for our UK parcels up to 20kg and overseas parcels.
How much is the delivery charge?
All deliveries are charged at cost. We offer three delivery services-standard delivery, next-day by noon under 2kg, next-day up to 20kg by UPS.
Can I have a product delivered outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver outside the UK daily..
Can I have my purchase delivered to a different address?
We will deliver either to your home address or any specified address. Remember though if you are delivering to someone else's address; make sure that they are available to accept delivery.

Returns and Exchange Policy.
Duellist International accepts all products to be returned for an exchange or a refund unless clearly stated on the invoice at time of purchase.
Second hand, discounted or exdisplay models are not eligible for an exchange or refund and this will be stated on the invoice at time of purchase.
All products must be unused and in perfect condition. Postage will be charged for returning exchanged items to the customer if required to post.
All refunds and returns are subject to a 15 % Administration & Restocking fee plus the original cost of postage and packaging if any.
